Undertaker & Triple H def. WWE Champion Edge & Big Show (Tag Team Match)
Before a tag team match featuring four of the six WWE Championship Elimination Chamber participants, SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero told Big Show that if he walked out on Edge the way he did the last time they tagged together, he would be out of the championship match at No Way Out. After a grueling bout, a disagreement between the two reluctant partners prompted The World’s Largest Athlete to deliver the Knockout Punch to the Rated-R Superstar. The Game then tagged in Undertaker, who hit Edge with the Tombstone Piledriver for the pin. Big Show wasted no time leaving the champion’s corner the second the bell rang.

This week Triple H moves down to the #6 position of the Power 25.

Just one man away from the main event at WrestleMania, but The Game can't focus on that as he still has the chance to step into Houston as champion if he can win the title at No Way Out in the Elimination Chamber.

Among them was Triple H who mounted the last strike against all three Legacy members. In the closing moments of the collision, The Game fought off a 3-on-1 attack and ousted both DiBiase and Rhodes, only for the viper-likened Orton to slither forth and eject his former mentor to secure a World Title bout on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

• Randy Orton Mentions Triple H in Interview
24 Jan 2009

ESPN: Your career really started to turn the corner after you joined Evolution with Ric Flair, Triple H and Batista. How did Flair and Triple H help you in your career?

Randy Orton: I have to give props to both Triple H and Ric Flair. When I was a part of Evolution, we rode together from town to town and that was a great experience for me because while my father taught me quite a bit about out-of-the-ring psychology, Flair and Hunter, I really learned a lot from them about how to perform inside the ring. Being involved in tag matches with them and seeing how they react to certain situations that come up in the ring, it became second nature to me. I got to wrestle against people like Shawn Michaels and Goldberg with Flair and Hunter in my ear teaching me right from wrong, pointing out my mistakes. But a big part of that was also me being good enough to correct that mistake and not make it again. Learning from my mistakes at the same time being criticized by Triple H and Ric Flair made me what I am today. Without them, I definitely wouldn't be here right now in this position.
